This Privacy Policy describes how CODE 49 LLC, a company based in Orlando, Florida, United States (“CODE 49”, “we”, “us”), processes personal data in connection with the CRM 49, linked websites, hosting and related technology services. Contact: support@code49.net.

• subscribers of the CRM 49;

• leads captured through real estate forms.

Data you enter in the CRM

• buyer data;

• negotiation history;
• property images and descriptions.

This data is entered directly by you.

4. Our Role

CODE 49 acts predominantly as a data processor for the data entered in the CRM. The subscriber acts as the controller and is responsible for the lawfulness of the collection and use of the information entered.

6. Sharing of Data

Data may be shared, only as needed for technical operation, with:

• hosting providers;
• email delivery services;

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram);

• WhatsApp Business API;
• integrated real estate portals.

CODE 49 does not sell personal data.

7. Cookies

We may use cookies for session authentication, statistical analysis and digital marketing — including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and similar tools. You can configure your browser to block them.

8. Security and Retention

Data is stored on own or third-party servers with reasonable technical and administrative measures. Despite good practices, no system is completely immune to risk.

While the contract is active, data is retained. After termination, it may remain stored for up to 30 calendar days for technical contingency, and may then be deleted or anonymized, with no guarantee of later recovery.

9. Your Rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of your data. Users in the European Union / EEA have the rights provided by the GDPR.

When the data is in the CRM because it was entered by a subscriber, the request should first be directed to that subscriber (the controller).

10. International Transfers

The services used may store data outside your country. CODE 49 seeks providers that adopt adequate levels of protection.

11. Minors

The system is not intended for the knowing collection of data from minors without legal authorization.

12. Changes

This Policy may be updated to reflect technical or legal changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
