Jane Doe
Jane Doe is an experienced Real Estate Agent in Central Florida. Jane has a love for Central Florida that translates to knowledge and passion when she is working with a client. There is so much going on in Central Florida, and that's what she loves about it.
Less than an hour from the beach, all sorts of food and shopping and of course the theme parks. Jane will tell you, although she wasn't born here - this is home. Moving to the United States from Philippines in 2004, Jane didn't always know that she would be in Real Estate.
Occupational Therapy is what Jane went to school for when she got here. She knew she wanted to help people, and she got accepted to Florida Hospital College where she completed her degree. In her practice she had a particular love for the geriatrics skilled nursing facility.
Real Estate became a part-time passion, but soon enough part-time wasn't enough time to handle all the business that was coming to her. She quit her OT job (far from an easy choice) and decided to go for it! The biggest concern Jane had in the transition was if she was going to be able to help people as much.
She very quickly learned she could - and was feeling more fulfilled than ever. Most of Jane' clients have turned into life-long friends. Jane has a tendency to put people at ease during one of the most stressful times in their lives (finding the perfect home).
In fact, if you ask Jane what her most proud career accomplishment is - she will tell you about a time where she went above and beyond to help a new client that was just at their wits end. This client had her dream home under contract twice.
With 2 separate agents and lenders without being able to close. Jane had an urge to get this person into a dream home (with no more tears) and within just a few weeks, she did! Throughout childhood, Jane' biggest inspiration was her father.
He has the same calling to help the people that need it most that she does. Her father worked his way from nothing. He was given a scholarship to go to college with and as a true testament to his character - he paid it forward.
Once he was established and successful, he started a scholarship fund. He has provided an education to so many children that would have otherwise not had the opportunity. Her current biggest influences are Peter Finn, who gave her the foundation to build her business and the continued support to grow it.
